Update: Moving out today, and repeating the positive interactions with staff today with Adrian, James and Chrystal. They’re patient and helpful, and they’ve treated me right every time.
Previous: I’ve had only 100% positive interactions with personnel here, and from my observations the facility has always been perfectly maintained and clean.

Management very helpful, friendly, and professional. Storage unit very clean. Easy in and out. Flatbeds available to use.

This is an update response to my review posted yesterday. I am giving morning Star Storage a five star review as they deserve it. The property manager 'James' really came through for me today and made me feel like a valued customer by showing up to allow me to take a few items out of my storage unit that I was in despite need of despite the power still being out from the storms which knocked out power and downed lower lines on Thursday, June June 8th 2023. Although this was beyond James and his staff's control, he took time out of his day to ensure that the customers were taken care of. As always, the staff at Morninger Dtar Barker Cypress remain friendly professional and the facility is always clean.

Great experience! I’m glad I remembered Morningstar.Everything was just the way James and Vanessa said. I appreciate that.

The owner and staff are super helpful! Love this place!
