The management is great. The prices are reasonable and they often have specials. The process was quick and easy.

@ Debbie Follman. Normally if there is a red lock on your unit that means that the account is past due and up for auction. They don't give out keys to their locks on auction units. Once the account is brought current, then you will have access again. I have my own storage unit at this property and I am aware of their colors on the unit doors.

After financial issues, back on track 2 months ahead on rent, there is a red padlock on my door, I cannot access my storage. I was never given a key for the padlock I’m not too sure how I was expected to be able to get in. I need someone to get with me ASAP please

The facility is very well maintained, clean and neat. The rate is reasonable. The rental process was made very simple. Thanks to Mike.
