Morningstar Storage

Overall a really great experience. Perhaps I got a little lucky, but I was able to reserve the storage unit I wanted, was scheduled to meet with on-site staff member to complete application process an hour after reserving, completed the application process in maybe 20 minutes (Thanks, Mike!), and got into the storage unit a couple minutes after the application which was super great because I came with a bunch of stuff I need to store. It worked out really well. They put a bag together with all the docs, lock, and other swag for you right in the unit. Very clean. 10/10 do recommend. Things to have ready before you arrive. Photo ID like your driver's license, declaration of insurance that covers your stuff within a storage unit to avoid having to use theirs if that matters to you, and if you have one already, a cylinder lock. Have them look at it to make sure it will work. They're pretty universal for the most part. Bringing one avoids having to pay for one.

Floyd and Mike are so accommodating and kind. They genuinely want to help us, the customers, while keeping the facility super clean. Rental process is so easy. We have rented with Morningstar-Boerne for 6+years and have no complaints what so ever.
ps to the lady that gave the 1 star review… everyone knows that a yellow lock means you are behind on rent and the red lock means you are at least 2 months behind on rent. It is not fair to leave a 1-star review when you are not keeping your commitment to pay for your unit. js
