Morningstar Storage

After ten years of paying for storage at Morningstar, in Buda, we received an email saying “this is your final notice to sign your contract with Morningstar Storage”. To our knowledge we had never received any email saying we needed to sign a new contract. After my wife contacted Morningstar regarding this email we were emailed a contract dated 2017. After telling them that we’d be happy to sign a contract dated 2024 we were told that if we didn’t sign the contract by Monday the 30th they would lock up our belongings. Let me just affirm that we were paid in full and have diligently paid our bill for the entire time we have used their facilities.

Further, we are both self employed and both lost a day of income because we will not do business with anyone so disrespectful and we moved out today. Further yet, when I looked the Morningstar website today I found that they are advertising storage lockers the same size as ours for 50 dollars less a month than we were paying them.

In overview, I suspect that there is some other issue in management there. Why else would they present us with a contract backdated to 2017. Obviously, I cannot recommend this facility.

If you're looking for a safe, convenient, easy to access storage facility, this is the place to go. Glenda is great! We were only here about 2 months but glad we weren't locked into a year contract cause we only needed on a short term basis. Definitely recommend this place.

Glenda the manager at Morningstar is always a pleasure to do business with. They are the go-to storage for Buda. Great rates,
plus pro-rated month which very few do, and clean and safe units.

Just got my first storage ever. Pretty exciting! If i could give 10 stars, I would. I was on my way to another place but tbh this one caught my eye bc its prettier, I love flowers! ? No surprise, the inside was just as clean and nice. Glenda was welcoming and sweet. Thanks so much for making this experience a wonderful one!

Morningstar storage in Buda is wonderful! Glenda was very informative & courteous. They even offered use of a free moving truck...unheard of! Definitely recommend. ?
