I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Morse Moving & Storage. We sold our house in Michigan, placed our belongings in a storage facility, moved to Florida and bought a house.
Before we sold our house I contacted three moving companies. Morse gave a us an estimate that was within $300 of the actual cost. They were constantly in contact with me before, during and after the move.
The driver and his two movers did an excellent job of removing all my belongs from two storage units, determining the best method of loading the truck and quickly filling the semi with everything I owned. The driver and my representative completed an accurate inventory as each item was loaded. The company was in email and telephone contact with me during the trip to Florida. I knew the date, time of delivery and the exact cost before the truck arrived. The driver contacted me via his personal cell phone the day before and the day of delivery to ensure I was ready to receive the load.
The driver and his two helpers were very pleasant and unloaded my belongings quickly. I was pleased to find that every item arrived without damage. The driver took time after completing his job to answer any questions I had and to make sure I was satisfied with the company's service.
I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Morse Moving and Storage and highly recommend them for anyone who has to make a move.

SEVERAL ISSUES
Vermin and Customer Service
Starting storage here was good. This time was in fact the 2nd time I used them. They had the unit that fit my needs.
Fast Forward 5 months, I called asking about pro-rating the unit so I wouldn't have to pay for the whole month (payments auto charge on the first) and I would be removing my things by the 8th. I was willing to pay even some (up to half) of the charge for the month, and no one was capable of doing this.
This would have been fine if when I moved my stuff out I didn't find a whole box worth of mouse poison within my things. Upon finding the poison, I did some research and the Mice had been coming in and leaving the poison thinking that it was food.

I am giving this 2 stars because they were great when I started, but turned out to be bad when I was trying to leave.
Will not be using them again.

Morse Moving and Storage was great! I moved from Michigan to Minnesota, and they were very meticulous and thorough about everything. Despite it being a busy season, they helped make sure that I would get my furniture when I needed it, as long as I informed them within a reasonable time frame. There was good communication before, during, and after the move, and I felt very taken care of. I would use this service again.
