Morse Moving & Storage - Royal Oak, MI

This is the worst moving company I have ever seen. They did not do anything they said they would. The broke furniture, the lost things, they did not show up on time, they had crews of people not trained or experienced in moving. They ripped us off!! Beware of Morse Moving they are very very bad. I should add the Insurance is yet another rip off. All they did was find excuses not to pay for broken items which there were a lot. The review tool forced me to give them a Star should get negative Stars.

The biggest downfall of our experience is that we were talked into purchasing the full insurance coverage of our items, under the promise that we would easily be cut a check if anything were damaged, no deductible. Of course one of our ikea dressers ($279) was damaged and the company refused payment saying that ready-to-assemble furniture isn’t designed for moving. Interestingly, the other identical dresser was moved without any damage, so obviously their argument is invalid. To sum up, this company lacks integrity, so if that is important to you, don’t choose Morse Movers/Allies Van Lines.

This is the worst moving company that I have had the displeasure of working with. I would rather have the flying monkeys from the Wizard Of Oz move my furniture next time. Not one piece of furniture was moved without scratches and the movers kept on calling me 'Homeboy' and 'Homie'. I would not recommend this moving company to anyone.

Best move ever, very professional and efficient , saved me lots of money and did a spectacular job. Would recommend to all friends and co workers:)
