Fantastic service! Very professional and friendly guys. Outstanding rates. The guys were fast and considerate with all my belongings. They were even patient enough to try a couple different ways to get a couch in a tight space before I insisted they give up. I will 100% be using them again!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. I would post ZERO stars if I could. I hired the movers to move a 1bed 1bath apartment. I packed everything in advance to make sure that the move went smoothly. I was scheduled for a 1pm move and the movers came at 4:45pm. They were careless and caused damage to my bedroom furniture. The damage includes poor installation of my bed (my base board fell when I tried to make my bed), a hole on the bottom of my dresser, broken glass, and tons of scratches and dents to my furniture. In addition, the movers used the time I paid for to make multiple breaks to the gas station to buy drinks. I have tried to call Lavelle Borum many time to find out how they will remedy the problem but no one in the office is picking up my calls. This company is not professional. If the company is truly what they claim to be, they would answer my calls and handle my complaints seriously. I am a graduate student who spent my hard earned money to get quality service and that is NOT what I received.

Thomas, Rico, and Curtis arrived on time, were very professional, polite, FAST, and did a fantastic job moving our furniture. My husband and I would definitely hire Mount up Moving Services again in the future and we will recommend them to others looking for moving services.

This was the easiest move I have ever had. I was able to reserve way in advance, with only a small deposit. They were incredibly flexible when I needed to change my move date THREE times. Also, they were able to accommodate me in making two stops for an INCREDIBLY reasonable rate. They called to confirm. They phoned in the morning when they were en route. They arrived right on time. They worked HARD! They were friendly, polite, respectful of me, my dog, and my things. They worked well together, like an oiled machine. Sammy, Roy, and Tommy were WONDERFUL! Further, the owner is great. You can actually get him on the phone. He returns calls and follows up. The day after the move, I discovered they had not completed putting my king bed frame together...it was an oversight. I phoned the owner and that afternoon Sammy came out and finished the job. They were so professional, it was a great experience. And finally, I would be remiss if I did not mention Ms. Elma, who gave me all of the info and booked the move for me. She is on the front lines of their customer service and she is doing a stellar job. This a great company that provides outstanding service.
