I had an incredible experience with Mountain Moves. Starting with my first phone call. I spoke with Joseph who listened intently to all that I had to say and then offered up great customer service. He tried to accommodate all of my needs and told me what they could and could not do. One of the best customer service over the phone that I have ever had. I felt listened to if you can believe that.

The experience got even better when Alfredo and John showed up for the move. They were so professional. They asked the right questions and after they got the answer they needed they jumped to work right away. I was amazed at how fast they got everything done. Nice, friendly and courteous was just the beginning. These gentlemen moved mountain without breaking a sweat and were happy to do it.

You know how you watch professional sports because it is a joy to watch people so good at their job? I would totally classify these gentleman as professional. Even if watching movers is not that much fun.

All around great experience from start to finish and the cost was totally reasonable.

John & Alfredo helped with my move from Mountain Moves, Inc. they made the move seamless without dragging their feet one bit, they were super thorough! We performed walkthroughs with each room & area completed and they really were great people to work with. I would definitely recommend Mountain Moves to all my friends and family.
