The owner and crew were punctual, friendly, and efficient. Worked steadily till the job was done. Couldn't have been better.

Don’t waste your time or your money. Before I called, I read other bad reviews about this company and to my detriment, I overlooked it because I was desperate to find someone in Taos who could help with packing a large van full of my beautiful furniture. Some were handmade and priceless to me. I should have know with the first contact with the owner that their phone voicemail was full for days. Needless to say, it was a sloppy job of packing and every other piece unpacked upon arrival was broken, chipped and table legs severed. The broken handmade pieces can never be replaced. Save yourself some heartache.

If you're living in the Taos area or moving here, it will be worth it to go with a Santa Fe company like Zen Movers. The crew was half a day late, broke items, came with a team of 3 but only 1 of them was not a child or senior. I had to pay for the extra time when they had to come back the next day because THEY CAME LATE. I booked a month in advance and described what I had but when the team arrived they had no idea what I had or where I was moving to. The owner had the gall to tell me they had called the day before to confirm and that I didn't answer. He's a liar and a bad one. It's 2021 - I have a digital record of you never calling me and of me calling you to confirm 5 days prior. They got mad at me for not standing at the truck directing them, then ignored me when I did. Beyond unprofessional. Made an exciting day an awful day.

They made my move easy! Very willing to set things into place and always patient! They were careful and wrapped the mattresses to keep them clean! Just an all around first class business!
