The guy at the desk today, 5/26/22, 4:15pm was VERY unprofessional to my daughter. He acted nervous and fidgety, answered a phone call in the middle of her answering a question, and now won’t answer the phone at all when I call to actually place the reservation. If I’m being honest, he seemed high. Ever seen Breaking Bad???? Dude is weird and unprofessional. Please find someone else to run your front desk or you may not have much business left.
