Movage Moving + Storage

Having moved several times throughout my life, I am very familiarized with the practices of moving companies, and I must say that Movage is the best company I have ever used. From the initial ease of receiving a quote, to the smooth and effortless move in itself. The actual movers conducted themselves in the utmost professional manner, making a point to ask if they were handling certain items they way I wanted. They used professional moving materials and handled everything with care. At the end there were no hidden fees or charges, and I received more than what I expected from a moving company. I recommend Movage for anyone’s moving needs as they are very reputable and professional.

Had to move some of my stuff in a storage unit to my new apartment and Movage was able to handle that in a tight schedule that I was in. Greatly appreciated guys! Very professional and prompt service, highly recommended!

To Bajo: Your response to my previous review does not justify the negative experience I had with my move, nor does your patronizing tone do anything but show that you clearly cannot take responsibility for your company. How can you run a company when every time a customer has a bad experience you blame the customer?

The furniture and boxes were wet and damaged due to the rain that had gotten inside the truck and because the truck wasn't partitioned between each customers' move, none of our belongings were protected. This was admitted by the truck driver himself. As for the boxes that collapsed, we specifically told the movers which boxes could not be stacked on the bottom and should be loaded last and noted this on the boxes themselves. So either your movers are illiterate, incompetent, or just don't care about upholding your so-called high standards.

I suggest you stop patronizing your customers that have had a bad experience with your company and start learning from your mistakes. I have never once asked for compensation, nor am I still seeking one, but a sincere apology would have sufficed. My previous review still stands.
