Move and Care Moving Company

I had to hire 6 men because I not only moved my household but also a hot tub. The guys were punctual, efficient, polite and never stopped. Wil definitely hire them when I move again without hesitation. . Alex and Mikhail who scheduled everything have great personal skills and were just as wonderful to deal with. I would give 10 stars if possible. Sharon

I recently had a move over within a state and I took the service of Move and Care. More than their punctuality and responsiveness, what I was more impressed was their integrity when they gave back 15 minutes of times due to a wait for another truck. Though it was negligible amount in terms of dollars, still they specified that in their invoice. I also requested them to unhook my wall mounted TV and remount it in new location. They helped with unhooking but they politely refused remounting it due to lack of necessary tools. Though I respect the risk and liability, it would be great to have that as part of their service.

I hired this company to do a moving job for me and I was so pleased with the customer service and attention to detail that they provided me with. They were very nice, polite and kind even though I’m usually not the easiest customer... I was so happy (and quite honestly relieved) to see that all my furniture was very carefully handled and wrapped (if needed) and packed (as requested) and promptly moved out of my house. They were very nice gentlemen and I will call them again in the future because they helped me a lot and did everything in their control to accommodate my needs.
