If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst and most expensive moving company I have ever experienced. First, they left their trash (soda and energy drink cans all over) and did not bother to clean up or take it with them. Second, they decided to leave all the hangers and a full box of clothing completely unmoved from the closet with a single shirt hanging up, as if that didn’t need to get moved too. They left all the stuff I pulled out of my garage cabinets completely untouched and decided not to pack that too. AND they did the same thing with all three of my bathrooms, nothing was packed or moved, just left untouched even though I pulled it out for them. There was absolutely no communication, only worried about getting paid instead of doing a job correctly. To top off this horrible experience, they charged nearly $4,000, took their sweet time to get as much out of us as possible, and when they heard about how terrible our experience was all they were willing to offer was a $150 refund or to come back ON THEIR TIMELINE (NOT OURS) and finish the move. Talk about a company that does not take quality into account. Also, for all my military friends out there THEY DO NOT OFFER MILITARY DISCOUNT AND THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU’RE WORTH! Please shop around, there are way better companies and kinder people out there than this one. Terrible all around.
