Move For Cheap

Wonderful crew that worked hard and did a great job! Communication was great and everything went very smoothly! Would hire again!

I booked for 3-5pm move on a Friday. The mover come at 630pm; ends at 10pm; commute time 30minutes and dinner 15 mins; charged for 4 hrs. Initially charged for 150$/hr for 3 mover; no commute time charge in initial discussion,
changed to $120/hr for 2 movers with commute time charge + equipment rental 4$ each.
3 ppl vs 2 ppl affect the hour spent; the reduced fee was ok but we accept it because there is no other option.

Regardless, still thankful that they did not cancel the project; I already paid 100$ deposit for the 3-5pm move; packed my bed and everything, so if it were cancelled we have to unpack and not have access to our stuff. The workers were friendly and they tried their best to be fast even though they are tired. Thus, if the fee did not changed on the day and they are not late, I will give them 5 stars. -1 for late, -1 for unexpected price change.

Lesson learned: book your move in the morning.

Super friendly and great team to work with! Joseph was really responsive and helped me get an affordable quote. I ended up having to reschedule my original appointment to a later date, and he was able to accomodate. On the day of, Alfredo and Cesar helped me move. They were really careful with all my items, and worked efficiently. All my items arrived safely, and were properly placed in each room.
