Move For Cheap

I hired move for cheap last Friday on 1/21/2022. Let me give everyone a warning they have unprofessional employees that work for the company. Lets begin with I never received a phone call confirming the time of my service. I had to call them to verify the time time of my arrival. That was strike 1. Strike 2 was the movers broke my 55 Inc flat screen Tv and tried to hide the fact that they broke it. They placed it on the floor and turned it to the wall so I couldn't see it or with hopes of me seeing it once they left. One of the movers then stated oh we did that. Like come on you know good and well that you broke it. They then went on the apologize saying that it must have been because they went over some bumps and it must have broke in the truck umm that's odd because the other TVs weren't broken. Then they attempted to over charge me attempting to add on drive time when I verified with them before I booked the trip that I wasn't going to be charged for drive time. The movers claim that the manger/owner will be reaching out to me that day about my broken TV which did not happen. I had to contact them. Joseph Gerald then stated that claims usually happen on Friday ok it is Friday. I send over the pictures of the broken TV as well as the SN as well as the current selling price. A week goes by and I get no response. I email Gerald once again and all he says is he needs more information. Like what other information do you need you have the model number the serial number the price year and make. Also all the paper work for my move was filled out by the movers before I arrived. Move for cheap dose not have good business practices and they aren't a ethical business. I guess I'm going to take them to small claims court.
