Move Gurus - Calera

I've used these guys twice within the last 5 months. They are great! All the guys were friendly, respectful of my things, and hardworking. The price was more than fair! Definitely would recommend for moving needs!

I used Move Gurus last week for my local move. During the move, I had a couple pieces of furniture with broken off pieces that I found in the floor afterwards.. I also had a dresser with a very noticeable scrape across the front, and a bed that they stripped the screws out when trying to put together. The movers left it wobbly upon departure and I had someone come and fix it in order to sleep on the bed. I have yet to check over everything that was moved so more may be in store for me. I was told by the two gentlemen who moved me that they would report it and I would hear from someone about fixing the issue. I waited several days and called back myself to report and inquire about what could be done. I was informed someone would call me back and they knew nothing of it. Over two days later now, no calls or response from anyone. Not impressed with them at this point which was disappointing. Beware if you really value your belongings and expect a follow up!

Hands down the best moving company in the greater Birmingham metro area. I had a difficult move with a ton of steps to maneuver. The guys were professional, kind, funny and hard working. They made a really difficult process as pleasant as possible and I couldn’t recommend them more. Scheduling was easy and the move went off without a hitch. Great people and a great company!!

Big shout out to Move Gurus. The guys showed up on time and worked the entire time. They were fast and loading and unloading moving us from an apartment to a house with steps. Very courteous, checking with us to see if we needed them to help with any set up, and anything in general. Definitely recommend. Well worth the money!

The guys moved some auction wins for me and then did some cleanup at my home. So helpful; I'd give you 10 stars if I could.
