Move Gurus - Calera

I wish I could rate this company more than 5 stars!! I've used Move Gurus for 2 moves last year and just yesterday. Thank you to the 2 crew members that helped me last year, Lee and the other 3-4 crew that helped me yesterday. Jina and John helped me tremendously getting the move set up for this year. The best customer service all around. All items were taken care of and nothing was busted or broken. Lee deserves so much because he unloaded everything for me yesterday and played an amazing game of Tetris with stacking my items into a storage unit. I recommended this company to my parents for 2 long distance moves and so glad they chose to schedule their moves with this company. I would absolutely recommend Move Gurus to anyone in need of movers! Wonderful job everyone and thank you for taking fantastic care of me!!

I was worried about hiring movers, but i knew we needed them so I reached out to Jina in Calera and she set me up. Everyone from start to finished was kind, professional and did a great job! The guys even showed up a few minutes early on moving day - which is amazing in my book! So few people are on time these days it was refreshing to see folks a few minutes early ready and eager to get the job done. They worked quickly and efficiently and it’s was a great move!

These guys did a great job with our move. They were extremely respectful, efficient, hard working and the price was very fair. They were a joy to work with and I would highly recommend them.

I wish I had better news to share about the move but I don’t . They send the laziest crew initially that drags their feet, complain and get this says they’re not feeling well . My husband and I then chips in to help since they are one man down . They are chatting it up with blonde neighbor then takes a smoke break . Lunch time comes and they disappear for an hour . We then start loading stuff down to the lawn so when they return , it’ll be faster. They moved at a snails pace and we paid in the end for this strategy . Never ever ever use these crooks . I should have followed my gut and gone with move gurus but they were booked for that day . Should have just rescheduled the move snd paid the penalty with apt . Because it would have turned out better in the long run .

Based on the reviews . I did not get the quality or experience I was expecting .
