Move Happy

Really not happy with the service which is so unfortunate as this is the second time I'm using them and should have learned my lesson after the first time. 1st time issues - the pickup was great, drop off was an absolute nightmare and they damaged my dining table. Drop off was a nightmare as they contracted out to a third party who held my belongings hostage literally for 2 hours until MoveHappy figured it out with them. Second move issues - took nearly 5 weeks for me to get my stuff, lost a box and decided to offer me $15 compensation when the good was worth $250. The drop off was also not handled well at all with the mover making a comment that I had 'better tip well' - seriously? Do better.

I used happy movers to move my stuff to California.and some of my stuff is broken and they lost my bed frame and my chair and I email them my stuff but no email for 2 months then we called them because they’re ignoring us then we talk to someone then they said email them about our problem but we told them we email them a bunch of times and the guy just hang up on us. My stuff is broken and I paid my Bed frame for over $200 and they wanna pay me $30 for the bed frame they lost and they’re mistake which is ridiculous.id rather have my bed frame and my chair then have $30 for that. noo way.dont use this company to move because they are so bad at moving your stuff.if i can only give them negative 0 star i will do it.AGAIN DONT USE THIS MOVERS THEY WILL RUIN YOUR STUFF!!!!

Ronald & his crew was outstanding. Phenomenal job with delivering everything, unpacking all items, & assembly of all furniture. They were very careful with handling inventory. Walls, doors & floors intact. Thank You!

Awful movers. They sent a picture of the furniture on the truck but it didn't make the trip. They literally stole our sofa, nightstands, and speaker. We had to call the delivery guy back because he forgot 2 boxes on the truck. They also mix your things with other people's. This has been the worst moving experience ever.

Our move from LA to San Diego was handled very well. The cost was fine and nothing was lost or damaged.
