Attention military families: if Move Happy is your assigned TSP, I highly recommend requesting a different TSP immediately. This company will do anything but accept responsibility for damaging your items.

Move happy was our assigned moving company for an overseas military move. We filed our claim for damaged items in January 2024, and the claim is still not settled. I have been given the excuse the same photo uploaded to DPS multiple times. This is a lie as the claims office personnel are able to view all photos. I created a Google album with all photos labeled with the claim item number and description. I sent it to the claims representative and asked for verification that she received it. No response for over a month, then a response of is this transfered to MCO and the excuse that its peak season. I resubmitted the photos to DPS with each item so there is no confusion. I was then told that based on photos and inventories, there is not much they can do. Most of the claimed items did not have damage at pickup as noted on the inventory. I responded with photos of inventories, damage at delivery report, and a copy of the Claims and liability business rules. We are way past the 60 day mark allowed for offers to be submitted in DPS. I have requested the MCO take action against this TSP for violation of the claims and liability business rules. I have received ridiculous low offers as the representative is stating the damage is normal wear and tear. The inventory did not state any damage codes for these items so the damage occurred during the moving process. The items should be repaired to pre move condition or replaced.

Multiple other military families have claims that have not been settled as well. This company has no regard for your family, your belongings, or the contractual obligation set forth by the military. I would appreciate it if the owner or manager would contact me. Our claim needs to be settled following the Claim and Liability business rules set by the military.
