Move Happy

Recently moved from Hawaii to the mainland. I had a lot of furniture broken but that is not what has me so angry. They have thieves working for them. I had collected currency from around the world. I kept it all in a coin purse I bought in Paris. I had Franks from Switzerland and Pounds from the UK. I had clients of mine that knew I collected money from different places. They had given me money from New Zealand and Australia. My husband had a couple of work trips overseas this year and had brought me more. Had at least $1000 in there. Not only the value of what they stole but they took from me all my memories that goes with it. The same big guy that packed up my jewelry dresser where I stored my coin purse packed up my medicine cabinet that had a 2 prescription for Opioids. I don’t use them so I just saved them incase I ever needed them. He stole them too. I knew those were risky having them pack them so I put an air tag in the bag with them. When I received my stuff I found the bag and air tag but no prescription. It’s hard to note everything that you value when you’re moving so the fact that I didn’t consider that high value it was never noted. Just know if the people they have working there consider it of value to them they will steal your stuff. Feels like I just got extremely violated.

Absolutely the worst movers ever. You would think their experience moving from Hawaii to the mainland would allow them to pack Furniture correctly. But nearly every single piece I moved was broken or demolished. Table legs and chair legs were broken off. Metal Etigere was bent and they lost the glass inserts to go into it. My oriental porcelain table was demolished.
My China Bells were broken. And that's just the name a few.

They did not deliver on time so I had to fly twice to accept the items.

Now I'm having problems getting reimbursed through the insurance company they recommended. Please rethink this and go with someone else

Move Happy was absolutely phenomenal during my recent move. Our movers were on time, friendly, and professional. They treated my belongings as if they were their own. If you need to move Tran star is the only choice!

Movers were professional, polite, and friendly. They handled our goods with care.

I’m so frustrated with this company. They don’t answer the phone or return your voicemails. I was told my stuff was to be delivered on Friday. Confirmed twice with them the time. They didn’t show up. Called and was hung up on 3x and then got in touch with som one hi said it wasn’t going to happen on Friday. There was no update on when I would get my stuff . I was told someone would call me. No oke ver did and again no one is answering the phone so I have no idea when it will arrive. It’s super frustrating when you know your stuff is on island but you can’t get it.
