Move Happy

Thank you Move Happy for delivering all my belongings in good condition. At first I was concerned whether the sensitive appliances will make it if loaded in absentia. Happily, Move happy have proven to not only ensure safe movement but also professional handling of anything they need to move.

Unfortunately i canceled my move with this company before they could move anything. Between the first call for the quote and the last call i tried to make to them, not a single time did they answer the phone or reach back out to me. I had to call to make a change to my move and when they didn’t answer i left a voicemail, they called me back and said they would send an updated invoice but none was ever received on my end. I eventually called to cancel because i needed to go with a different company as the move was the next couple of days and i hadn’t heard anything from them. All in all, there was not enough communication and it was very frustrating how many times i tried to reach out with no avail.

Moved from Oahu to Colorado. Over $15,000 in damages to my property. I filed a claim but they don't respond so now I have to file through the government. High value items stolen. Another high value item was thrown across the room and it went through my wall. They threw boxes down the stairs because 'they were too heavy to carry'. Dozens of items not even listed on the inventory. They stuffed my couch in a small box and it snapped in half. Avoid this company at all cost. Military: request to not use this company!!
