Move It All Services

We used move It All about a month back to move from Ashburn to Charles Town WV, Gustavo and his guys were absolutely wonderful. The guys showed up on time and everything went as smooth as possible. Very efficient and professional, Gustavo checked in throughout the move. I will be recommending them to all.

Looking at the great reviews I was hoping to be equally wow-ed. Unfortunately, I'm not sure about the operations of this company. I have waited 3 days 3 phone calls, email & SMS for Gustavo or Jorge to call back and provide an estimate. Few days ago, I called and left a message for our potential move. Gustavo called me back and almost immediately put me on hold for 3 mins, after which I disconnected due to the long wait time. He called me back, apologized and took some prelim info about the move and scheduled a visit for the next day morning. Next day arrived, no visit - nothing. I call and Gustavo again apologizes and sets a time for later in the afternoon. As you can expect by now, afternoon comes and goes without any update. Later in the evening Jorge calls and apologizes and sets a time for a next day's meeting for providing the estimate. So far no visit nor any calls. Nothing short of unprofessional. I am beginning to suspect if some or most of the reviews for this company is fake!

Alex and Brian were very professional and efficient. This was our second move with them and they did an amazing job again.
Gustavo, the owner, called during the move to check up on everything. That's great customer service. I'm telling all my family and friends about them!

Move It All Services is (quite simply) THE BEST! The quoted rate was excellent value! They are Pros from the get-go! Not only are they precision loading and unloading, but they are the nicest movers I have ever worked with in this area! I was super pleased and I am delighted to give them my highest recommendations! We had Move It All move a lot of stuff between two houses and a storage unit split between MD and VA. They were by far the most cautious with and caring of our things of any movers we've used (and we've moved quite a bit). The price was very competitive and they 1) began at the estimated arrival time and 2) actually finished early. 100% certainty we'll use them again when we next need movers - for either a small job or a whole-house move (dear lord I hope that's not soon for my own sanity).
