Move It Already

I really and truly hope and pray for continuous service within this company I was about to give up and cry and send my couch back to living spaces after taking the door off my place and not being able to get my couch in I was ready to give up but the most high works in mysterious way !!! I called and he answered and came within 30mins like he said josh and another gentleman by the name of ray I hope I got it right came and save my freaking day I’m trying to keep it professional these guys went above and beyond and helped me truly watching them I wanted to cry and again like I said the most high works in mysterious ways for all of my needs I will be contacting these guys for my needs they are helpful dependable respectful very friendly and most importantly PROFESSIONAL thank you guys so much I am beyond happy my rate and stars given goes way above 5 please everyone read their reviews and if you guys want the best in Moreno Valley call up and speak with Josh

They showed up on time and got the job done faster than expected. Great service , I recommend to everyone who needs to move or help setting up.

Excellent customer service! I have had the opportunity to use this company twice in the past few months; once while moving into my new apartment and again to move some new furniture two weeks ago. They are always professional, on time and work very efficiently. I always recommend them to my friends and family that need help moving.

We used Move It Already to move us across town on Nov. 17th. Our confirmed appointment was scheduled for 3 movers arriving between 9 and 10am to get started. 10am came and no movers. No call, no nothing. My sister had to contact Josh multiple times to ask where they were and after about an hour or so, his TEXT response was, 'I'll be there.' He ended up getting to our place 3 hours late, with 1 mover, not 2. The second mover didn't come until an hour after he got there. As a result of Josh and his team being late, that delayed progress. We ended up hitting school traffic during the transport which could've been avoided had they started on time. This ultimately increased the amount of time for the move and we had to pay for it. What could've been a 3 hour job turned into a 5 hour job and we were not compensated for the unprofessionalism of the movers being late. I will say that they worked well and efficiently once they started, but to be late and not even have the common courtesy to contact us and inform us of what was going on or even discount the price is beyond unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone at this time. Seems like they need a course in business management first.
