Move It Moving and Storage

I must say, the service rendered was good and both guys were polite. The problem is Matt never refunded my deposit. I thought I tipped them appropriately ($75) and still, $100 extra and a lie? I did contact him about the deposit refund and he said he would send a check or a refund, unfortunately after almost 6 months Matt decided he needs my $100 more than a good Google review. Hire at your own risk of losing money. This makes the company seriously unprofessional seems to be the norm in the Bay.

Matt and his team did an amazing job working with us in May there were so many boxes, furniture and then going above and beyond by assisting us with the new Stickley Furniture and out door poly furniture that arrived that afternoon. No dings or dents, just a great attitude. ! Highly recommend Matt and his company!

Matt and his crew were fantastic. Did more than expected and came in almost 3 hundred cheaper than quoted. Highly recommend them!

I have used them twice and both times were great! Very professional and hard workers.

Never showed up to scheduled time and never even called. We had to call them to set up a time that we both agreed on and they couldn’t follow through with their commitment. Left us high and dry on moving day with no warning. Claimed they called 3x but never left one voicemail?. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
