I tried to book them to help me load a uhaul for my move, and they told me that the original date I asked about was booked. However, when I asked about several other dates(because I can move the date of my move up) they have never responded. I have only been able to text Theresa, and they never seem to actually answer the phone so you can speak to someone. I feel like they are unprofessional, and that my business is unwanted.
