Good pre-sales communication, but the day before the move, they wanted to change the start time. Day of the move, they showed up with one less person (and charged the corrected rate).

I was quoted that the time would be charged 'from the time they leave the facility to when they return to facility'. I timed them carefully, and they basically added 30 minutes ($90) to the bill: 1) they stopped to fill up gas on the way over 2) they called the time from when we finished at the house and added ~40 minutes to return. We are only 20 minutes max from their facility. I didn't argue at the time, but it left a foul taste in my mouth.

They did a good job with the actual move, were nice guys and relatively careful.

Beaux, Nate, Nick, Tim and John were great in moving my mom's entire house of 50+ years of accumulation. Estimating what it would take to complete the job was not easy, because my mom has a TON of knickknack stuff, Christmas stuff, and then normal household stuff. Our quote was for 3 days moving and it ended up taking 6 days. Through the entire experience Beaux communicated what was happening and what the schedule would be each day. We live across the state in Grand Junction and were not able to be present during the entire move, so Beaux made the process easy for us when we couldn't be there. When we were there, the guys were busting their rumps constantly moving and we did our best to stay out of their way. When they were done with the move, there was an enormous pile of junk that we were going to call someone to haul away and Beaux jumped right in and volunteered to clear out the junk as well when they had everything into the storage units. If you need movers to handle your treasures, these guys do the job and they do it with hustle.

I hired Move Mountains to load my storage pod after a recommendation from a trusted home organizer in the Boulder area. Unfortunately, my experience with them was less than satisfactory. They did not prepare furniture by wrapping it or protecting it in any way and actually stacked wooden pieces on top of each other. When unpacked, these items were damaged by the wear of rubbing together. They threw bins of screws and small items on top of boxes in the pod without wrapping them or securing them. I was really hoping to leave a rave review, but I was really disappointed with the 2 guys that came out to help me. I would not use this company again. ?

Move Mountains LLC moved me from Lafayette to Evergreen on Monday. The team of Nate, Braedon, and Gage were fantastic! Professional, respectful, and efficient. They didn’t even complain when they couldn’t get the truck up my steep (although gratefully pretty short) driveway and my 3 story home. Everything made it unbroken and in the right place in the home. They also seemed to enjoy working together which makes the whole experience better for everyone. I have already recommended Move Mountains to friends and if/when I have to move again they will be my first call. Thanks for the great service!

Move Mountains helped me load my moving truck to move out of state in April and they were so great to work with! Elias and Nate were very professional and go things done quickly. Beaux stopped by to introduce himself and check-in on his team which I appreciated. It was overall a great experience and I would highly recommend! Thanks guys! :)
