Move Northwest - Federal Way Moving & Storage (Formerly Bekins Northwest)

Bekins was great! We moved from the East Coast to the West with a strict budget. Bekins was flexible about our evaluation dates and their estimated costs were spot on! Their moving/packing/unloading staff was prompt and thorough. We had minimal property damage, understandable with such a big move, but overall we are very satisfied with this service!

My initial contact was through Jon Warner - he responded quickly, professionally, and stayed on top of this transaction. Loved working with him! Dave, from Federal Way, showed up on time to provide an estimate. It was delightful to work with. The estimate was spot on to the final bill.

About the actual move - Mark was in charge of the group of four and did a fantastic job. These guys had some really difficult things to move including a hot tub, piano, pool table, massage chair, and treadmill. I was impressed how easily they managed each of these items. When they move the treadmill they left some black marks on our hardwood floor. One of the movers immediately went back in the house when I told them and worked on removing the black marks until they were gone. I was dumbfounded. I profusely thanked him for doing it and he told me that it was their responsibility and that they have integrity to take care of any damage they cause. I don't believe I've ever had movers have done that before. Going forward, Bekins will be the only company I call!
