Move Northwest - Mountlake Terrace Moving & Storage (Formerly Bekins Northwest)

Moving is never easy for anyone no matter the circumstances: one of the most stressful activities of life. I must say that every step with Move Northwest, from my world class estimator 'Mike,' packers, 'Tom' & 'Adriana,' driver 'Pat' and coordinator 'Julie,' not to mention my loaders and unloaders, I cannot imagine a more courteous and professional group of people and move. My stress level was significantly reduced thanks to the good and kind people who were all very kind and most capable! Everyone treated my household goods and homes as if they were their own. I feel I received very good value all 'round for the cost!

Overall a net positive experience but not without hiccups. On restricted items for packing, sales person said one thing, packers another and driver a third. Should really be much more clear from the start. Was promised by sales person only Bekins personnel would be involved with packing, lading and unpacking. In fact, un loading was done by casual labor from a 3rd party. Tried to get an explanation on why, but to no avail.
Driver was outstanding. Her made the difference between just acceptable and good.

I am happy I picked Bekins NW. David did a great job going through my house to provide me with an estimate of costs. He helped to arrange for a crew to pack fragile and large items and arranged for a company to transport my car. The entire team at Bekins kept me informed and have followed up with me since the move.
