Once the crew arrived they said I was being charged 30 min RT travel time when that was not listed in my quote. Their shop is 5 minutes away from me. Got the mgr on the phone and she waived the cost. The load out was great, good job, done on time in 2hrs. Nothing shifted on an 1100 mile trip. Nothing broken.

Review:

We found a new place very last minute. We called late on Friday, got a quote on Saturday and had our stuff moved in Monday morning. Easiest move ever! If we ever end up moving again, we will definitely use Bekins in Walla Walla again.
