Estimate and contract were set up quickly and clearly. Reasonable pricing - I like how they have a flat rate, not by the hour. Movers showed up on time, all items were taken care of and no damages. Move was done very fast.

If you are wondering whether to use them please save your time getting quotes from other companies and JUST BOOK THEM. I rarely write reviews but I was very impressed with Move-Pros. My move was from the Bay Area to San Diego and Move-Pros gave me an extremely reasonable quote which at first i thought was too good to be true. My booking consultant Jeanne was very friendly and professional and all communications were smooth and pleasant. Carlos and his crew arrived on time and they did an excellent job handling things with care. They delivered our stuff the next day with no delays and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I would definitely use them again!

Move Pros was amazing. They sent two gentlemen who were professional and they worked wonderfully as a team. I didn't have to clean out my bedroom furniture... they just wrapped everything in plastic so the drawers would not open. They did the same with my TV. They were very careful bringing stuff into my new place so no walls or furniture was scratched. They worked quickly and efficiently and the move was done in a matter of hours. I HIGHLY recommend using Move Pros... ask for Miguel and Jose!! They are the dynamic duo!!! Thank you Move Pros!

We are thoroughly satisfied with Move-Pros. We moved my sister's 2 bedroom apartment from Union City down to Los Angeles. Everything was done professionally, on time and with a cheerful attitude. Mickey (crew leader) and his team were great. When it comes to the delivery of our stuff in LA it was even more impressive because there were only Mickey and Alejandro who moved all our stuff. They were strong and very mindful of our stuff. The total price of the move was very reasonable. I give my highest recommendation for Move-pros!

Stellar job by Move-Pros in Hayward. From the first contact, very professional and responsive. Moved a 4 bedroom home of 25 years from Newark CA to Brentwood CA in two move increments at our request...first move was the majority of the furniture, second move a week later was all the boxes (we boxed ourselves), garage, sheds and remaining furniture. On both occasions the move team (4 people) were hustling but careful. They took note and provided extra packing and care for some of our special items like a grandfather clock. At the new place, they stayed and moved furniture around as we decided where to put it. And best part, their price was highly competitive. I would use them again and highly recommend.
