Review:
Update: Owner claims he was in hospital which is an unfortunate situation, glad he is okay. HE DID return my deposit. Still only giving two stars because:
1. Customer service interaction before them not showing up was still not good.
2. As a small business owner, I would have handled this very differently. I understand health comes first, but this is a company with multiple employees. If the lower level employees can’t be trusted to look at a calendar and go to appointments or call and cancel they probably can’t be trusted with my stuff or there are some organization/ administration issues that need to be addressed within the company.
SCAMMERS!!! If I could give zero stars I would. This company confirmed my original date and when I asked to reschedule although they confirmed for the new date they were extremely rude. After paying my deposit this awful company DID NOT SHOW UP and did not call or contact me and has yet to answer the phone or return my calls and I had to file a chargeback with the bank. DO NOT HIRE!!

Review:
This guy took a large deposit from my aunt and never showed up on move day unresponsive and unprofessional. Left her high and dry. Cashed the check and never bothered to move her when he said she was in the calender. Beware to his future clients.

Review:
what a complete joke of a company! took the deposit money, kept saying I would receive a receipt (asked 3 times) never got that. then the day before the move I couldnt get ahold of him. The day of the move they never showed up. blocked my number so i cant get ahold of them. Its just been the worst experience ive had with a company. I hope they at least make it somewhat right by returning the money he stole from me.

These guys did a phenomenal job. Their pricing is fair and transparent and I had no damaged or lost items. It was quick and the owner is a pleasure to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend.
