Move T LLC Moving Services

This company was moving a neighbor and left the dolly and items in the drive way of the apartment garage, I turned left (the only way I could turn) and my vehicle was damaged due to their negligence of leaving things in the area where people drive their vehicle. My boyfriend and I was told “no worries, we will take care of it.” Now they’re giving the run around and trying to say “how do we know it was in the way.” I have pictures of where my car was. Also if it wasn’t in the way, I WOULDN’T HAVE HIT IT. Needless to say, I have to file a lawsuit because they are not cooperating so be careful with your items, they’re probably leaving them unattended.
