Move Us To Relocation

NO ONE EVER SHOULD USE THIS COMPANY!! Ever!!! If I could give this place a zero I would!!! The only good experience I had with this company is a man by the name of James who brought us our belongings to our new place he was very nice and helpful but EVERYONE ELSE, even down to the dispatcher was horrible.

It took me over a month to get my belongs and then when i was told them would be here on a particular Saturday or Sunday they were not. In addition to that my couches were no longer in the protective furniture bags that they were in while being store. i asked why they were no longer in those bags and was told they had no idea why the actual movers removed them from the bag. I will neve use this company again.

Where do I begin. This company isn't even authorized to do business. Insurance has been canceled, Motor Carrier authority has been revoked. STAY AWAY!

This is not a legitimate moving company. They hire day laborers to handle the contents of peoples' homes. They broke our garage door ($400 to fix) and offered us $75 for the claims on our items. They told us that they pay to have negative reviews removed from their website.

Total Disaster!! They kept furniture from my mother's estate in a warehouse in NC for six weeks and finally subcontracted out the move to Texas to a delivery company. After almost $2000 worth of damage and lost boxes, they offered us $50 for our inconvenience following our claim. Do NOT for any reason hire these people!
