Moved By Faith - Moving Company | League City TX

Moved by Faith is NOT a company I would recommend at all!!! They moved my family into our brand-new home. The day after the move, my wife was doing laundry when our home flooded. Long story short, Moved by Faith FAILED to connect my washing machine drain hose when connecting my appliances even though they connected the hot and cold water, my dryer vent, and refrigerator water supply. Subsequently when the washing machine went to drain the water, since the hose wasn’t connected, it flooded our new home. The owner, who did call and apologize after I heard from his lawyer first, refuses to make any financial concessions for their negligence. I signed a wavier the day of the move which he states is why they are not responsible. I don’t feel the waiver excludes Moved by Faith clear negligence. Then they wanted me to file a homeowners insurance claim which I will not do due to the subsequent increase in my premiums for something that is not my fault. As a result of their inability to connect a drain hose, I’m out thousands of dollars. Between the owner and his lawyer, neither is willing to do the right thing in this situation. Moved by Faith is not a company I would ever hire again or recommend so steer clear!

Last minute move came up in our Family. Sabrina was a HUGE help in working with us to set up packers and movers to accommodate our schedule. She was very sweet and professional and a joy to deal with.

The 1st packing Crew was great!! Paul, DeAndre and Zaire were awesome and packed up everything that we needed that day. They were very polite and professional. I enjoyed their humor and appreciated their willingness to help!! ?

Today the ? Dream Team ? of Joey, Devin and Tristan showed up!! Joey was an EXCELLENT Head Crew Member...he kept things moving and on track. Devin and Tristan were EXTRAORDINARY!! All three were extremely polite and very professional and did it all with a smile. They did an AMAZING job of packing and moving everything!! Everything was wrapped, protected and handled with care. Then they did an MARVELOUS job of utilizing the space and fitting everything in the storage unit. Many many thanks to this Crew for all your hard work!!! ???

Joey, Keoni, and Tristen made moving a breeze finished within quoted time limits, very professional, respectful, and perfect communication skills. Took time and care with every piece of furniture.

Joey, Paul, Nick were very professional, courteous, and hard working! They worked non-stop! I would highly recommend them!

My move was good except for the scratches on my entertainment center and chest of drawers. Nothing was wrapped in blankets or shrink wrap. If your looking for professional, look to 3 men movers or clear lake movers. They will take care of your property.
