Additional charges galore even though the original agreement was otherwise. Takes forever for them to deliver and when they do there are more additional charges- and they want them all paid in cash or money order- are very persistent on cash, cash, cash. No true transparency with the customer agreement. I feel taken advantage of and they know they can get away with it.

My experience mirrors the previous reviewer. Their front man Sal quotes a low ball rate for me 950 they charged 2600 I cancelled and they refused to refund my deposit. The reason they get good reviews they offer a bribe for a good review

I used this moving company on June 1,2016 to move from Orange County, New York to Dutchess County, NY. I am a single 60 year female and have made big movies 4 times in my life. This was not my first rodeo. This company was the most disingenous company i have ever done business with. First, they sent a crew that was from Yonkers 50 miles away at least . They arrived at 11:30. Who starts a move at 11:30 AM. They tried to charge me for a box to put my TV in, special wrapping to wrap my dining room table which is a 225 pound glass top table and has been moved 4 times from North Carolina to NY to Texas and back and never a chip. These are things i was not tols about on the phone. The ESTIMATER, SAL, never came to my houser to see what I had. He gave me an estimate over the phone as we went room by room. He never told me i needed mattress pads for my mattress of they would not move it. i would have went out and bought my own. Thiers were $25.00 each /king size and i needed 2.
These people are gangsters and thugs, I could go on an on and tell how how the estimated quote went from $1,000.00 to $2,300.00 and they would not take my stuff off of the truck until i paid them . I had to call my back at 1 am in the morning, YEAH, they were still moving me at that time and the bank told me to call the police, which I did.
I am disputing their payment, I have reported them to the better business bureau and the Department of Consumer Affairs. I also am suing them in small claims court. I may not win my case but I want to inconvenience these people for RAPING me !!!!!!!
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
