Jon was great to work with. He was extremely professional. Excellent communications throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was perfect for his client. The driver (sorry I didn't remember his name) was great also. I highly recommend Mover Dudes for your move. Moved long distance - quoted $4,000. They forgot to hire movers in my destination to help unload. I ended up helping the driver unload my items. It took 12 hours. They still charged me $4,000, regardless of their mistake. After the move, I realized I was missing a duffle bag. The bag was filled with photos of my dad who recently passed. They claim they lost it. Do not hire them!!

This was the second time I had used Mover Dudes for long distance moves. The first went very well, but the second and most recent move was a disaster. When the movers arrived, I said the truck looks a bit small to get everything on it. They said no worries, it will all fit. It was critical that everything fit as we had to be out of our home and clean it the next day. As the time approached late into the night, we were advised everything would not fit. They stated they would have another truck come the following morning to get the rest of the items. Well, they started taking everything apart and forcing the rest of the items into the truck to make it fit. End result was many ruined items, broken furniture, and things that needed to be re-assembled by myself. I made a quick claim that evening and it was processed. However, over the next few weeks, we found further damages to furniture, bicycles, and other items. I filed a claim online and heard nothing. I have made numerous phone calls and sent follow up emails to check on the status and have not gotten a response. The value of the items cannot be quantified and I'm only asking for a fraction of what the actual cost would be. However, I cannot even get a response. One person I spoke with said they had a change in staff and things are way behind. Not a good answer.

Not only was everyone I interacted with incredibly professional and responsible, they were kind! The guys who did the actual moving called within the expected time frame to let me know they were 20 minutes away. They wrapped blankets around the door frame to prevent any damages and packed up and moved everything into the truck in record time. Same experience on the other end. I was so impressed and grateful for their services. I would definitely use them again.

These guys were awesome. Called ahead and came within the time frame. Very respectful and careful in my home Highly recommend
