Mover Mentality

Left my daughter stranded with noone to help her move her items! Kept getting voicemail when trying to call. Do not trust this company!!! They will not show up!!

AVOID MOVER MENTALITY AND JASON AT ALL COSTS. Do not trust him with your move. He has stolen $100 from us as a 'deposit that would get refunded in 3-5 business days' which has not been done. After numerous calls and emails, he is screening my calls to avoid talking to me to refund our deposit. It took someone else calling him and acting as a new client for him to IMMEDIATELY call back so I could talk with him. We STILL have not gotten our deposit back. It is a shame because they only worked for 2 hours yet we still paid them for 3 which I was fully aware of PLUS I gave them a hefty tip. Please spread the word to never use this unreliable, unprofessional, stealing company to move. I can guarantee most of these 5-star reviews are fake - beware.

Please heed this warning and do not book a move with Mover Mentality. I used them last November and everything went smooth so I opted to use them again. This time, however, even with my move booked weekend ago and confirmed with Jason R. on the phone they were a no show on move day and didn’t even call. I called Jason three (3) times and each time went to voicemail.

Reading other reviews this same day it appears no show/no call is a chronic issue over the past few months. While I was lucky enough to find another mover for the following day, this issue speaks to their lack of professionalism and grotesquely poor customer service. With the number of like complaints from others it won’t be long for Mover Mentality to stay in business unless they find better quality individuals who actually care for their clients. It’s understandable delays happen, things out of the movers control occur, like a breakdown or other issue where they might not be able to fulfill their requirement to actually show up for the one thing they are being paid to perform, but failing to notify the customer said thing happened is totally unacceptable.
