It has been four hours and nearly ten phone calls since they were supposed to be here.
Office doesn't exist, rather there is a pet groomer's on one side and people's houses on the other. No sign of a business.
No response to phone calls, left about five messages, nothing.
Terrible service… ruined a dresser we have been calling for 4 days to get a repair and haven’t heard back. Quick to answer the phone when they want your business however when there’s a problem that they created they refuse to return phone calls. DO NOT USE THEM OR WASTE YOUR MONEY
They did a great job moving our stuff with no damage. The workers were awesome they worked really hard
Yesterday, my mother in law was scheduled for movers from this company to arrive from 8-9 am. 9:15 comes by, they still aren’t there. She called and they said they would be 20 minutes; they are getting gas. An hour goes by and nothing, no one, no calls, no updates. She and I both tried calling and leaving messages for the company but no one answered. We have still, at 1 pm the next day, not received any calls to update from them. The bed is packed, the dishes are packed, she had no where to comfortably stay for the night and now we have to last minute find a whole new company to move with for tomorrow. We booked here because of the good reviews but they are obviously not true. Very displeased and they made an already stressful move much worse.
I booked my move a month in advance. A week before my move I realized I never got an email confirmation or text. I tried calling them to confirm and could not reach anyone. I called at least 3 times a day for 2 days. Left voicemails and sent an email. NEVER received a response. 5 days before my move I was left with having to hire a different company at the last minute. I emailed them telling them to cancel my move just to have record that I cancelled within the time limit so I didn't get charged. I still have not received a call back. You would think they would at least call and apologize for the lack of service. The fact that they didn't just shows they don't care about their customers or reputation.
This company has the lowest rate for a reason. You get what you pay for. Don't waste your time with this company.
