Mover Mentality

We were so pleased with Kevin and Ray! They were both extremely courteous and so gentle with all our belongings. We were also very impressed with their efficiency!

Buyer beware… Read the negative reviews and believe them! Scheduled an important commercial remove move from my office. They never showed up!!! No call, no nothing…tried to call them repeatedly - good luck ever getting a human voice on the phone…this should be your first warning!

After the fact told me that they would NEVER miss a move…but, that is not the case if you read the negative reviews. But…they offered a discount if I rescheduled. Tried to call and reschedule and again…tried for days with no answer. Finally scheduled the move on their website and guess what? They never showed up again!! Stay away… There are plenty of firms that are professional and Reliable…this one is not!!!

Scheduled a move on Saturday for Tuesday to start between 8-9 AM. Took me somewhere around 7 calls to get someone on the line to schedule my move, should've been my first sign to find someone else. Was assured I was all set but never received a confirmation email from anyone, not thinking anything of it, I took off work Tuesday and woke up early so that I could be here to meet the movers only for them to be a no call no show. I called around 9:15 to inquire what was going on and was told 'The guys are on their way to you now. I'll give them a call and have them call you shortly.' Waited until 1030 to call again only for my calls and voicemail to be completely ignored. As of 2:45 I still haven't heard back from anyone at movers mentality, luckily I was able to find another company with better rates that didn't charge extra for a same day move. Stay away from Mover Mentality unless you like being ignored and flaked on with no warning. Highly unprofessional.

Hard to get ahold of, never sent a contract for my initial booking that fell through due to their poor communication. They convinced me to reschedule after the poor communication threw a wrench in my initial reservation and never sent a contract for that scheduling either. The time I rescheduled to, they completely flaked. No call, no show, didn't answer the phone and this was 3 days after I was already supposed to be moved. Luckily I found other movers last minute and the glass is half full because my experience was better in every way. I would post them here but I don't want my review to seem like a plug because my negative experience was very real with Mover Mentality.

What a trash company! They no-showed the day of my move. I've called them 8 times. They won't answer any of my calls. I need to be out of my place by tomorrow and they completely screwed me over. Beyond unprofessional! The 5 star reviews must be fake. Trust the negative reviews on here if you don't want your moving day to be a disaster! Would not recommend this sick excuse for a moving company to my worst enemy.
