Movers95

They moved our things.
They quoted us a price and then after packing our whole house, increased it by 25%. So we were stuck paying more.
They damaged picture frames and many boxes seemed aggressively moved and collapsed.
Worst thing was that we received a box from another woman that wasn’t ours. Despite MULTIPLE attempts to contact Movers95 and get them to find the woman and get her box back, we had to take matters into ourbowns hands and open the box and find the recipient ourselves. They had NO interest in helping thier clients after they were paid, even though it was a major fault of theirs.

Move from Maryland to Texas, Friendly people at first, yes they were quick to pack everything however they did leave stuff on the walls and left a lot of trash behind them. They helped themselves to a case of water that we had at our home with out asking. Left empty and some full all around the house. They left the empty tape rolls all over the house. They used some of our packing materials to pack our stuff not knowing if we would need them or not, which we did and had to repurchase more.
When we were ready for our delivery we had to call them consistently to get a date of when our items would be delivered, they had not communication within the company nor with the customer, we had to constantly call them. Upon delivery, those drives also left trash in our home. I don't know if all of our boxes were delivered because the guys kept yelling numbers at me in Spanish trying to figure it out. I couldn't verify if our items were damaged or not. They only put our beds back and unwrapped the TVs. I asked for a weight of the truck with our items prior to delivery and they said it would be with the driver and the driver did not have that. I called the day of delivery the next day and no answer. When someone finally called me back they stated it was a holiday (not in the US) but no message or recording stating they would be shut down for 5 days due to this alleged holiday. I was told I would get a call an email on Sunday and did not get anything. I would assume at least a call on Monday morning and nothing. I have been nice and courteous to these people but I no longer have patience for unprofessional people. These people do not know how to pack, they packed food that went bad and had a horrible smell we had to throw everything in the box out. We are still going through things to see if they are damaged or not and I don't anticipate anyone getting back with us. I would never use these people ever again nor would I ever recommend them.
Update: I was to get a call by Monday and I didn't get a call back but I got a response to my review instead. Unprofessional.

Best services. Fantastic communication. Very friendly customer service. Every step in the process was taken care of perfectly. I highly recommend using their services.

Extremely friendly and professional. They made moving day a breeze! They worked quickly and efficiently but never did anything that was unsafe or would have risked damaging my belongings.

Everyone was on time and finished on time. Nothing was damaged, everyone was very friendly. So easy to work with. I honestly can't imagine using anyone else the next time I have to move.
