Update 2025: Poor Service. Your furniture will be in bad shape when they finish with it and then they will avoid you, in my opinion because it is what happened to me.

Very poor service, if you use this company rest assured your furniture will be damaged and they will avoid contact with you. This happened to me March 2023. Very stressful and frustrating. Crystal S. will seem like she wants to help but does nothing. I made numerous attempts phone calls and text to Andrew as he said he is the lead to have Cris the owner call me. Cris never called. I called the office Cris never returned my call this was after he made a trip to my home to see all of the damage which included glass shelves he said he will take care of, HE DIDN'T.

Your furniture will be damaged, trust me.
Every piece of my furniture was damaged I had a three bedroom home so just imagine all of your furniture is now damaged due to the hands of this company.

I do not recommend anyone using this company. This was posted 1/5/2024 keep in mind this has been going on since March 2023.

We used the service for packing, loading, moving and unloading. The crew, particularly Willo and Daniel were amazing. They were super friendly, fast and even helped us set up the furniture. I definitely will use them again and highly recommend. The operator Andrew and Marcus are very helpful too. Would have given 10 stars if I can!

Marcus and Daniel were extremely, careful and professional. Quick and easy. Happy I chose this company.
