I had a move from one address to another in the same State. As much as I would like to agree with all of you I cannot. I was missing a box. The contents of the box were very important to me. For one I did volunteer work in NYC on 9/11. I was given two pins from the NYFD that I cherished I also had a box with jewelry from my grandmother. Also some tools. I know I should have never packed these items I thought there would not be an issue as I moved across country two other occasions and this never happened. I did contact the company and they did refund my deposit. I can only say the two individuals who moved me thst day there was a lapse of time . The movers left before me and I got to my destination before them . They got to my home 15 min later . This is a lesson in trust for me ! The box was never recovered. Bit of advice before you let a mover leave make sure you have all your boxes furniture etc before you sign your name. A lesson learned !

Thus company is absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend their services! Marcus & his partner (I'm so sorry I can't recall his name!) We're both efficient and professional.

They made moving with our 7.5 month old boy an absolute breeze. They were on time, communicative, and very very helpful.

Great company and very dependable. Showed up 15min early and got everything loaded in the truck professionally and very quick. If you have any problems or questions they’re customer service is great and reply quickly. Will definitely use them again for my next move.

Marcus and his team moved us and did a great job. They were fast and friendly. I would use them again.
