I was hoping this was the right moving company.

Billy and I met at my storage unit so he could see the job and committed to Sunday, January 5 at 1:00 pm with a price and 3 hours of work. He requested my email to send the invoice which I provided.

He canceled this morning at 8:00 am. That's not professional to leave me in a lurch. He didn't even offer an alternative.
This is a zero star but it forces you to use 1 star to post. So disappointed since we met and confirmed by text.

Moves done right is the way to go! Billy and his son are punctual, kind, and go the extra mile! I had a few extra items I forgot to send pictures of, and they moved them no problem. They made changing business units a seamless process and I can not recommend them enough!
