Guys were nice, on time, and gentle with my things. I would use again.

I would not recommend Movin-N-Groovin Moving Company for personal or contractor businesses/realtors. This company was over 2hrs late for my scheduled move, damaged and broke brand new items, came unprepared to move furniture, and the management was egregiously unprofessional and disrespectful even after being understanding and hospitable. If I could give this company less than one star I would. Also, if your company service women and/or children in any capacity I highly would not recommend this company as it is very scathed in their communication and actual services.

This company’s response proves the aforementioned review. None of my items were “junk” and most definitely not soiled. All my things were packed neatly room by room in advance. I ended my lease. I never offered any money to this unprofessional. One of the drivers dry begged for a tip. Per local news there wasn’t a “Thunderstorm” it rained. I understood that. However, it does not negate your scathing business practices and lack of communication. It doesn’t negate your communication skills, lack of professionalism, and damage to my new furniture and decor items. You all threw away a new bed frame and a dresser only in which I have photos. My conduct was 100% professional, kind, and mellow. Your “professional” behavior on and offline especially with women who have experienced less than satisfactory service from you and your company speaks values to your character and conduct. Furthermore, the agency heard your communications and they were also recorded on the day of as well and as I stated my conduct was kind, hospitable, professional, and mellow. My first move was pleasant,everything went smoothly. The second time I scheduled a move and I waited for them at the scheduled time they didn't show up so I called and was told something came up and can it be scheduled for another day unfortunately I couldn't due to my work schedule so I canceled and got a refund. The third time I scheduled a move for my daughter And by the time that it came to the schedule move time no one showed up, I called didn't get an answer they called me back and said basically they forgot about me and asked if I could reschedule for tomorrow. And of course I couldn't because of me and my daughters work schedule. I didn't receive my refund 8 days later. I really didn't want to put up a bad review with the first mishap because I know how damaging reviews can be and sometimes things happen, but after the last mishap I had to write a review. I hope this helps you do better business with your customers and not play with people's time.

Scheduled 3 hours for a move about .5 mile in distance. I was told the night before that we would need to reschedule due to a personal emergency on their end. I was frustrated but agreed. Next day i received a text 15 mins before their scheduled time from Uhaul letting me know they had rescheduled again.

Apparently they had called that morning and for some reason it never come through on my end and said this was the reason for the reschedule. The y never attempted to try to reach me through text after the call didn't go through even though we had been texting the night before about the reschedule and confirming the new time.

Obviously this made for a very difficult day as we had now lost 2 days due to them not being able to come and on day 2 we had already picked up our truck since we were not aware of them not being able to come.

Gave them a 2 star instead of 1 since they told me it was a family emergency.

Movers were professional, pleasant , quick and careful.

However on the second day of completion of my move , Mike , the owner reneged on the agreed upon time . He was 3 hours late , and 1 mover short . Then, he hurried his movers to finish in 2 hours . He breached an agreement . Charged more money for 2 men than 3 men and for less time . The movers continued to be pleasant, quick and careful.
