Movin' On Up

This company gave me a quote for a 4 man crew showed up with 3 guys and took over 6 hours just to move my storage unit things. Then when they got to my apartment they said it would take another 8 hours and it would be a lot more money I agreed because I needed it done. They left 4 of my boxes out side and took off with no explanation at all. It took me hours to hear from Austin and he told me they said it was because I said I wasn’t going to pay them. Why would I say that and still expect them to move my things? Seth is a liar! They kept my ladder on the truck and refused to give it back to me. Austin did apologize and told me I did not have to pay for what was moved because of Seth and his crew leaving my stuff outside and taking off. All day Seth was wearing Austin’s shirt and I believed it was him until I asked about the photos I sent when Seth said he didn’t have them because they were on Austin’s phone. I said are you not Austin because you are wearing a shirt that says Austin. He said no. I feel like they were playing games and trying to be deceitful and were unorganized and took their time moving since they were getting paid by the hour. They took a lunch break and didn’t mention it while I was waiting on them. The whole thing was a mess!!

Could not recommend these guys any higher! They truly are masters of their craft! After another moving company bailed on me, they were able to get to me in two days. Communication was A+.
