Moving Ahead Services - Cleveland Movers

Moving Ahead Services did a great job with my somewhat last minute move. Tino and Kenneth were professional and kind, and they were able to complete my one bedroom housing move in less than an hour.

We recently worked with Moving Ahead Services for an urgent move at our nonprofit agency, and I truly cannot stress enough how much we appreciated their help. They did an exemplary job from start to finish!
You can just tell when people care, and this company does. Their skill was evident, not only in how they handled our property with care but also in managing the tricky logistics of the move. They went above and beyond, ensuring everything was safe while keeping us informed every step of the way. Their communication was not just great—it was fantastic.They provided more than a fair rate for the level of service they delivered. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine dedication to their work were unmatched. I highly recommend Moving Ahead Services, both personally and on behalf of our nonprofit. I used Moving Ahead Services (Cleveland) for my move back on 11/15/24. The move was going well until the truck began to pull down the driveway. As the truck was pulling out, it got caught up on a large landscaping rock. It pulled the rock completely off its stand. The rock was so large, the 3 movers were unable to replace the rock. I was told I'd hear from management to resolve the situation. Here it is 2/28/25 and after many emails I have still yet to hear from management and this after paying almost $700 to have a company come out to replace the rock. Sad management couldn't take the time to take care of the negligence of their movers.

Xavier Kyle and isaiah did an awesome job. I will definitely recommend them to whoever.
