I set up my move 1 month in advance. I was contacted a couple weeks after to see if I needed any supplies which I did. (they dropped them off for me and added them to my bill.... very convenient !) I received a call the day before confirming everything and then a call the day of as well. The 2 man team showed up on time and ready to work. They were professional and hard working. They moved all my furniture from one apartment to another (within the same building) in 2 hours !! They placed everything where I indicated and before they left they asked me if I wanted anything moved. I highly recommend Moving Ahead Services !

We had an excellent experience with Moving Ahead Services. Anthony and his team were efficient, professional, and accommodating. We had a few unforeseen events occur, and the team was more than willing to work with us. We never felt worried for our belongings because they handled them with such care. They are not the cheapest company, but certainly worth the money. We were very happy with our move with them. 100% would use again, we have recommended them to our friends already.

All staff was very professional. I didn't feel harassed like with other moving companies I was inquiring with. I did my virtual walk through for the estimate. They quoted me a reasonable price and advised of extras if I wished to purchase them. They emailed me my estimate. And emailed me if I had any questions to let them know. No constant harassing phone calls. They contacted me two days prior to confirm the the move was still on and the time the movers would be there. I got 6 guys and 2 trucks and they were early. They were all very professional. Talked amongst themselves and worked together to resolve any issues in moving some of the larger items. Also, kept me informed and asked me questions if needed. They moved my house across town in only a few hours, saving me money. Highly recommend and would use them again.

We hired this company to move us from our condominium in the city to a home in the suburbs. When I called for a quote, all I thought was that if the movers as professional as the office workers who booked my move, we'll have a fantastic experience. And, low and below, the movers--Ivan and Brice--came and exceeded our expectations! They called in advance to let us know their ETA. They arrived on time, right on the dot. They came with everything you could ever need to conduct a successful move. They handled our possessions more carefully than they have ever been handled. They knew how to pack our difficult-to-pack furniture. And once we arrive at the new location, they perfectly placed all of the furniture. And, pn top of everything else, they had a wonderful attitude and exuded a genuine love for the work they were doing; they were truly inspiring. I can't thank this company enough for such a wonderful experience and we look forward to hiring them again the next time we have a need.

I moved this past Saturday May 2nd using this company and I will tell you I was BLOWN away! They were on time, polite, and quick isn’t even the word! I kept telling my family how fast they were! My movers were Tony and Owen! These two made my move from one side of Cleveland to the other as smooth as can be! I will definitely be using this company to move if I ever need to transition again and more importantly recommend my two favorite movers!
