Moving Ahead Services - West Chester Movers

They brought a tiny truck and 2 guys when I was supposed to have a 28' truck and 3 guys. It was a ridiculous mistake on their part, and the move took 2 trips and twice as long. The 5 star rating is because of manager Trey's accepting accountability and adjusting the price to make up for the mistake. My movers were awesome. I wish they had told me their names so I could mention them. All in all, thanks, guys! Trey turned a horrible experience into a great experience! Would record, but please confirm, confirm, confirm that truck size ahead of time.

Hired Moving Ahead to bring in some furniture we purchased and to move additional furniture within the house. Marco and Zach were on time, very professional and did an amazing job for us. Will definitely use them again.
