This company lost thousands of dollars worth of my stuff and I cannot get an email or call back from them on how we get this resolved. Not only that but multiple items were damaged. Do not recommend them.

Very efficient. Thoroughly wrapped, loaded, made sure it was all safe & secure.

Don’t use this company this week we had things delivered from Illinois to Florida we had two tv a 32 inch and a 50 inch they delivered the same 32 inch but the fifty inch tv missing and two broken lamps a broken leg on are dresser

Some good; some bad. We watched them load our stuff in the truck and watched as the dropped several boxes. When we unpacked at our new home, we found several broken glassware items. They refused to pay for the damage, which cost us over $200 to replace They did offer to pay for some other items (wooden garage shelves) that we’re missing, to the tune of $75. On the plus side, service was quick at both ends, and the truck crews were fast (maybe a bit too fast) and friendly.
In general, I was not very happy with the overall experience.

Overcharge You When They Come To pick up. Add more charges after they quote the first contract, Doesn't Deliver When They Say. Adds more unneeded Space You Dont Need then charges You For that hire another moving Company to Deliver Then They Charge You An Up CharheI Am Out Of 6,000 Dollars For Not Enen 500 Feet of Stuff, And They Are Rude And Very Unprofessional. My stuff was picked up July 18th And I Still Dont Have It And Was Told I Need 600. More Dollars to be Delivered To my Apartment after I Asked Several Times Did I Need A Shuttle Truck . And To Top It off A Semi can drive in my Complex . But they Hired Another Company Named Executive to Deliver and they want more money ? Once I Am Settled I Will be Adressing this with FMCSA. For Further Review and my lawyer
