Beware!!!! This company should not even be in business. Originally I hired 3 Brothers Moving in Orlando FL. They brokered me to Moving Depot LLC. That was my first lesson. Learning you could be brokered out. Had I have known this I would have never of used Moving Depot. Just read their reviews. From the very beginning at pick up I was underestimated size greater than 50%. This cost me an additional 1200K. Four items were damaged. Two boxes were lost. Not one time was there an apologize during my multiple calls. Not one person attempted to look for my things. I was directed to make a claim which is my second mistake. I did not opt for Full coverage. I opted for 0.60 cents to the lb which will not even come close to my loss expenses. After reading the reviews it seems like even the insurance claim is a scam. Beware!!! Little does this moving company realize that I will be obtaining a lawyer even if it costs me more money. This company is scamming people and it's not OK.

It’s been over a month since my stuff was picked up in Illinois to move to California. Yesterday I’m given the phone number to the driver finally. Then today he says his truck is broken and he gave my stuff to another driver.

Now this second driver is telling me he needs to charge an additional 1.5$ per cubic feet to deliver with a smaller truck. And still won’t be here for another week. They are just trying to extort. Not sure if I’ll ever get my stuff.

Update: arrived 34 days later. But my TV disappeared as well as a large box of tools/camping equipment. Response is I dunno maybe we’ll find it in a month. Run from this company. They steal your money AND your stuff.

Amazing team of 3 guys who moved so much out of our house for our cross country move. We felt like things were being packaged super safely, they were friendly, fast efficient and would use them again!

This company should be shut down immediately! From the day they picked up my belongings to they day it was delivered they charged my an extra 1000.00 on top of the contracted amount! 2 broken tv’s, broken desk, damaged dresser and tv console, and 4 missing boxes and all they want to reimburse me is 100.00. What a complete joke. From management to the staff they are scammers, rude, and incompetent ! Please do not book with this company if you value your belongings.

This is regarding the response that this 'company' gave to Kelly Abraham.
1.) They do hold your stuff hostage. They would not even open the truck that my belongings were in until I paid another $800. I called the 'company' to discuss this. I was told by a nasty excuse of customer service representative that if I don't pay then my stuff will be sent back to, God knows where, and I'll be charged a storage fee.
2.) When the drivers arrived to load my stuff, they said that I had more then what I was quoted for. I was very organized with the amount and size of my items. That was another $500. My husband signed for it because we were in a time crunch. Why is it based on the size of the truck? It's not our fault what size they decide to use.
3.) The employees do not have morals or values. You are talked down to. They threaten you. Yell at you. Hang up on you. Your calls or emails are not returned. Just trashy,
bottom of the barrel, sad women.
When you call for a moving truck, ask who will be doing the move. Then look up reviews. RUN FROM THIS JANK!
